After a slower first week of June, we return to a more dynamic pace in the second week, facing the anger that lives within us.
In the coming week, many things can irritate us. We may be catching up on last week's backlog, or we may need more rest, which instead of getting closer seems to be disappearing again under a pile of obligations. Although it will be difficult to stay calm at times, it is important to be aware of your emotions in hot moments and to be able to withdraw when your inner fire gets out of control. In such a mood, postponing a conversation is not a sign of disrespect or weakness, but rather the opposite, a sign of maturity and care for the other person. So let's be aware, mature and caring this week, so that when a calmer weekend comes, we don't have to undo our previous actions and apologize to people.
Key Aspects of the Week:
All dates and times are given in UTC+2 time zone
Mars enters Taurus - June 9th and stays until July 20th
Mars-Pluto square - June 11th, felt from June 9th to June 15th
Mercury in the Heart of the Sun - June 14th, felt from June 12th to June 15th
Mars's transition to Taurus gives our actions a more subdued, thoughtful and lazy tone. This time, however, you will have to wait until next week to slow down, because the upcoming Mars-Pluto square will add a lot of energy. On the other hand, we will certainly feel more enthusiasm for building things that are certain, concrete, and long-term. There will be a tendency to think before making a move, such as "sitting down before a journey". If you still have some big plans to realize, it's a good idea to push them forward this week, because when Mars passes Pluto and settles down in Taurus, there will be definitely less enthusiasm for action than in the last 2 months. On the other hand, finally, the possibility of a permanent slowdown, rest and recharging is on the horizon. If you are not in a hurry in life, this is a good time to enjoy a slower pace.
The Mars-Pluto square is like a volcanic eruption: powerful, unstoppable, total. It's best to evacuate. Since we are going to live on a volcano this week, how can we best prepare for it? On the one hand, it is worth being aware that both we and our surroundings may be more irritated, and when the level of inner fire rises, it is best to withdraw. In a conversation with another person, it is a matter of taking an approach such as: "I hear you, I understand what you are talking about, I will answer you next week, when I have thought it through carefully". In a situation where anger takes over us, postponing the answer is not a sign of weakness, but of strength, awareness and maturity. Let's practice our awareness of anger this week.
However, the power of the volcano can be used in a constructive way. If we have a mountain to move in life, a landscape to rebuild, a big change to introduce, let's plan in advance to introduce changes for the coming days. Such planning is like digging ditches through which the molten rocks are to flow. It allows us to direct them and choose where to direct their strength.
Mercury in the Heart of the Sun at the end of the week is like a flash of light after a long storm. It allows us to clearly see and understand what has happened, what we actually want and what our plan for the future is. The mind rises above affect and helps us plan what we will do after the volcanic eruption. The end of the week and the weekend are therefore a good time to reflect on whether we may have reacted too violently somewhere and need to undo something, or whether it is worth apologizing to someone for our recent behavior. It is also a good idea to think about what new we can build, achieve and develop being where we are. Maybe the elements made more space, the lava fertilized the land. The meeting of Mercury and the Sun gives us many ideas for using the available space.
